Managing Director

During the past years, Vivienne has been involved in advisory work relating to corporate structure review, process and internal control review and re-engineering, tax advisory, process implementation, company valuation and corporate capital financing and management.

Vivienne is a Fellow Member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Member of Certified Public Accountants Australia, Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax & GST) of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals, Associate Member of Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore and a Certified Practicing Management Consultant with the Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council.

Tammy Zhang
Audit Director, China Desk Leader

Tammy Zhang has joined Reanda Adept PAC since November 2010 and she has extensive experience in assurance audit, providing services to a range of diverse clients such as MNC clients, SME clients and charity organisation of various industries including, F&B, travel agencies, construction, manufacturing and healthcare, trading, investment holding, childcare and nursing homes. In addition, she has also worked on cases such as tax investigations, transfer pricing, special review of private companies, and is also actively involved in Reanda International as a China Desk in Reanda Adept PAC.

Andy Ng
Audit Director, Quality Leader

Andy has joined Reanda-Adept PAC with more than a decade of experience in providing assurance and other advisory services to a broad range of clients involved in property development, fintech, manufacturing, retail chain restaurant, trading, construction, oil and gas service and etc. He was previously from reputable international public accounting firm. His past and present clients include Singapore Stock Exchange (“SGX”) and Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (“BURSA”) listed companies, multinational corporations and non-profit organisations in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Rachel Chew 
Head of Technology

Rachel joined the firm in 2010 and has experience in auditing a diversified portfolio of entities in a wide range of industries and sectors including but not limited to shipping and shipbuilding, construction, real estate, retail, food and beverage, travel, trading and manufacturing, charities, societies and non-profit entities, law firms, medical, education and investment holding.

Having an in-depth understanding of how entities operate she is now focused on supporting clients in solving complex issues and in organizational transformation with the use of data-driven, digital solutions. Rachel has also been involved in automation and digitalisation projects involving robotic process automation and artificial intelligence.
