Yin Kum Choy, B. Accountancy (Hon), FCA (Singapore), IPAS

Kum Choy graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.  He is a fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore Limited (IPAS). He is a Public Accountant and Liquidator registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore.  He is also an Accredited Tax Professional registered with the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP).  Kum Choy spent a number of years in audit, corporate recovery and finance in one of the largest international audit firms in Singapore prior to starting a public accounting practice in 1992.  Over the years, he held and continues to hold directorships in numerous private companies and had also variously served as Independent Director in some public listed companies.

Fadhillah Goh, B. Accountancy, FCA (Singapore)

Fadhillah graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.  He is a fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) as well as a Public Accountant and Liquidator registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore.

Prior to starting a public accounting practice in 1988, he spent a number of years in audit, including one of the big 4 international audit firms in Singapore.

Irene Chan, B. Accountancy, FCA (Singapore), CPA Australia

Irene graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy.  She is a fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) as well as the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants (CCA) and CPA Australia.  She is a Public Accountant registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore and also an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax & GST) registered with the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP).  Irene started her career in audit in one of the big 4 international audit firms, followed by senior treasury and finance responsibilities in various positions.  She was the Financial Controller of a commodity trading company before she came on board to manage the corporate services and tax division.

R. S. Ramasamy, B. Accountancy, CA (Singapore)

Rama graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1983 with a Bachelor of Accountancy.  He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore Limited (IPAS).  He is a Public Accountant and Liquidator registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore.

After graduating from the National University of Singapore, he worked in the audit department of one of the big 4 firms for three years.  Thereafter, he was involved in various trading activities for a period of nine years.  Prior to joining the Company, he was the Group Finance Manager of a local home grown group of companies for three years.  Before leaving this group of companies he was appointed their Acting General Manager.
